At Dshree, we take pride in offering high quality natural camphor products.
Because camphor is a consumable product used for religious and aromatic purposes, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been opened
or used.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly
share your order number along with a clear photo of the product.
After verifying the issue, we will either send you a replacement or process a refund.
Refunds, if approved, are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
